NJ Transit Offers Meadowlands Rail Service for Jets and Giants Home Games

By Asset Allocator Journal Staff

Starting September 7, NJ Transit will provide Meadowlands Rail Line service between Secaucus Junction and MetLife Stadium for every New York Jets and Giants home game. Complete schedules will be posted at njtransit.com/MetLifeStadium. Fans can reach the service by transferring at Secaucus from any NJ Transit train, while limited direct trains from Hoboken will operate before select weekend games. There is no direct service from Penn Station New York, so all travelers from that station must transfer at Secaucus.

After games, frequent trains will carry passengers back to Secaucus, with some limited direct service to Hoboken. NJ Transit advises customers to purchase round-trip tickets to Meadowlands Station in advance to avoid surcharges, carefully plan their connections, and check schedules to ensure they can make the last evening trains. Service will not operate for the HBCU NY Classic on September 13.
